How long does delivery take?

We offer standard delivery by Royal Mail, with an average of 3-5 working days for delivery. Royal Mail deliver Monday – Saturday every week.

Where is my order?

You will be able to track your order as soon as it’s shipped, via the tracking link in your dispatch email. If you’ve not yet received your dispatch email and it has been more than 3 days since your order, please be sure to check your emails in case we require further information to proceed with your treatment.

Why is my order being held?

In some cases, our prescribers may require additional information to make a safe and informed decision about your treatment. To avoid any delays with your order, please ensure you complete your consultation thoroughly and provide accurate personal details - including your full name and UK delivery address at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can amend your delivery address for your next order via the Manage Account section. This action will only take effect for all future orders. If you need to amend your delivery address on an order that has already been processed, please contact hello@sons.co.uk for assistance.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK, Ireland and Germany. Please ensure you’re using the correct sites when placing an order.

Germany – www.sonshaar.de

Please do also note we do not deliver to PO boxes and forwarding addresses. If you’re unable to provide a residential address for your delivery, your order will risk being delayed or cancelled.

Can I return my order?

We understand that there may, on occasion, be times where you wish to return an order that you have received from us. We aim to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers.

Non-medicinal products, like our Shampoo, must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product being returned does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund. Please contact hello@sons.co.uk to organise the return.

For medicines/prescription products, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund as these are pharmaceutical products and by law must be used (or destroyed if not used) once dispatched from the pharmacy.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, our packaging is completely discreet. We use plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding or labels. All brand elements are kept inside the package to ensure your privacy and peace of mind.
