It’s simple: If you’ve stuck to the plan and still haven’t seen improvement, we’ll give you your money back. No drama, just bringing back the good hair days.

How It Works

If you’re new to Sons and begin a qualifying treatment, you may be eligible for a refund through The Sons Promise if the criteria below are met.

What you need to do:

1. Stick With It

Use your prescribed treatment consistently for 180 consecutive days.

  • Only applies to plans that include Finasteride, Minoxidil, or both.
  • Cosmetic-only or supplement-only plans are excluded.
  • Must be your first time using a hair loss treatment.
  • 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans are all eligible as long as you've received six months’ worth of treatment.

2. Stay Connected

Complete consultations with our Aftercare team:

  • Complete Typeform surveys (one for each month: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6). Please return to the Typeform below each month.
  • Complete Calendly consultation with aftercare team (180-210 days post order). The link for the Calendar is accessed through the 6-month Typeform survey. If you request a remote consultation, but have not uploaded images via the Typeform link every month, then your request will be denied.

These check-ins help us track your progress and support you throughout your journey.

3. Track Your Progress

To qualify for a refund, you must provide photo documentation of your treatment progress.

Photo Requirements:

  • Submit five 'before' photos before starting your treatment plan. Include front, back, top, left, and right angles.
  • Submit five progress photo sets — one every 30 days — with the same angles and consistent lighting.

4. Request a Refund

If your hair condition has worsened after 180 days of consistent treatment, you may be eligible for a refund.

Once you have completed your Calendly Consultation, your refund request will be submitted and reviewed, pending approval.

Our treatment specialists will assess your progress and determine eligibility.

Please note: If your hair has remained stable (i.e., no further loss), the treatment is considered successful and not eligible for a refund.

What’s Covered

  • Applies only to new customers who have not previously used these treatments from Sons or other providers
  • Covers treatment plans containing prescription medication (Finasteride or Minoxidil)
  • Refunds only apply to the prescription part of the plan
  • Cosmetic and supplement-only products are not included
  • Customers can only claim once
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • The Sons Promise is available for new orders placed from [Insert Start Date]. It does not apply to existing customers or past orders placed before this date
